Credentials and standards
Evaluations are conducted by Enilda Sutton, Ed.S., NCSP — Nationally Certified School Psychologist, Arizona Department of Education certified — consistent with applicable federal and Arizona requirements and professional standards, and with your district or charter vendor requirements.

Backlog and overflow support is available to districts, charter schools, and educational organizations across the greater Northern Arizona area. Capacity is finite and set per contract — earlier conversations mean better scheduling.

Common questions
How quickly can you start?
It depends on current caseload and the size of the queue. We will give you a date we can hold rather than one that sounds better.
Can you take only the bilingual cases?
Yes. Some districts contract Sky Island specifically for the Spanish–English evaluations their team cannot cover.
Who attends the IEP or MET meetings?
That is set in the contract. Sky Island can participate in meetings for the evaluations it conducts.
Do you use our forms and processes?
Yes, wherever your documentation system requires it — the goal is work your team can file, not a parallel process.
